We are delighted to announce the release of Speech To Note v1.5. This version introduces significant new features and enhancements, designed to offer our users a more personalized and streamlined experience. With v1.5, we've reached an important milestone by launching our first feature exclusive to the Pro Plus plan – Custom Formats creation. Additionally, we've added greater flexibility in language selection and made a host of UI improvements, along with bug fixes for optimal application performance.
What’s New:
Custom Formats for Pro Plus Subscribers:
- Pro Plus plan subscribers can now create up to six custom formats.
- Custom Formats can be created via the Settings page, under the "General" section dedicated to Custom Formats.
- Users can design their format by clicking on "Add Custom Format," opening a model where they can select an icon, provide input, and a title/description for their customized format.
- Once created, the custom format will be available in the application’s format dropdown menu and in the designated settings section.
- Users have the ability to edit their custom formats at any time, with updates immediately reflected throughout the app.
Enhanced Language Options:
- A new language dropdown has been implemented for each summary generated in the app, providing the ability to select differing languages for individual summaries.
- The summary language is independent of the default application settings, offering increased customization for multilingual users.
- In the single notes page, users must now select both a format and a language before content generation, facilitated by the addition of a new icon next to the dropdown menus.
Improvements:
- Various user interface modifications for improved alignment and cohesiveness throughout the application.
- Introduction of new pages, including a dedicated contact page and format page.
- Revamped landing page design.
- Internal bug fixes to ensure a smoother user experience.
Upcoming Features:
- Work is underway on the next Pro Plus feature: the ability to record up to 60 minutes, with release anticipated by mid-March. This feature is currently in the testing phase and will be deployed as soon as it meets our quality standards.
How to Access New Features:
Custom Format Creation:
- Navigate to the Settings page.
- Click on the General settings subsection.
- Access the Custom Formats section.
- Click on "Add Custom Format" and fill in the requisite fields.
Language Selection for Summaries:
- Choose a summary from the notes page.
- Click on the new language dropdown adjacent to the summary.
- Select the desired language from the dropdown list.
